Supermac's Limerick City Centre

I bought a chicken burger from Supermac’s. It looked good, but for some reason, it could have been better. I’ve had chicken burgers from other places that were much better than I expected, so I was hoping for more from this one. The customer service was great though, and the restaurant was well organized. The price was okay as well. Hopefully, they’ll improve the food quality next time.

Hello I just wanna say this supermacs is horrible. I was with my family and the food was horrible as well my mother ordered a happy meal and it only came with a burger no chips at all. I ordered a wrap and once I opened it, it was dry, horrible and bland, there was only chicken and when I asked for garlic sauce in the wrap nothing there was nothing, there was no lettuce as well it was horrible. And the service oh don't even talk about it, it was very very bad. there was only ONE worker giving out the food too!.And the bathrooms STINK it was horrible there was so much poop not flushed I don't recommend.

I placed an order online, and that was my biggest mistake. First, I got a call from the restaurant saying the driver was leaving and the order would be about 20 minutes late. Then, just as it was supposed to be delivered, the delivery guy called to say it would be another 15-20 minutes late. It would have taken an hour and a half from ordering to delivery. I live about 2.5 km from the restaurant, so it's a 40-minute walk according to Google Maps, so I was completely ignored. I called the restaurant and canceled the order, only to be told my money wouldn't be refunded for another week. Never again Supermacs.
